Shipping and Return Policy

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days to anywhere in the United States. All orders are shipped via UPS. Processing time of your order can vary from 1-2 days depending on the day and time the order is placed.

Orders shipped by ground service average 3-5 business days from the date of order to reach their destination.

Orders shipped by priority service average 1-2 business days from the date of order to reach their destination. We will notify you of any additional charges before shipping. When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or federal holidays. UPS will not ship to P.O Boxes. Please include a complete street address for all orders. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping company we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


*Please Note: Items from one order could be shipped from different locations depending on where the product is stocked.

A flat $9.95 fee is charged per shipment.

Please add an additional 2 days to process orders placed Thursday after 12PM EST.

Shipping Offers

Ground 1-5 business days (Delivery depends on distance to destination)
2ND Day Air 2 business days (Delivery typically by end of day)
Overnight Next business day (As early as 8AM)


Once the item is ready for shipment we will send an email notification including your tracking number. In addition, an online link will be provided so that you can track the progress of your shipment.

Expedited Shipping

If you wish to have expedited shipping, please place your order before 11 AM EST to be processed and shipped on the same day.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our shipping department to confirm that it is in stock and available to be shipped immediately.

If the item is currently out of stock, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If items are available for immediate shipment (within 3-5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.


All packages are insured directly by UPS when shipped. All shipped packages require signature upon successful delivery.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All online orders are processed through PayPal to protect your credit card information during your online transaction. All prices and figures are listed in U.S. dollars.


All sales are final. We do not accept returned items nor do we offer options for returns. Cancelled orders, are not accepted and you (the buyer) will not be refunded for cancelled orders.


Consignment items can be shipped to us. We only accept consignment from the United States. (See How To Ship)
